The StoryFest Storytelling competition is a fantastic opportunity to flex your writing muscle, explore your creativity and tell a great story.

Your work will be read by some of Australia’s most experienced authors and you’ll be in the running for some very cool prizes, not to mention a place on the 2019 Honour Roll.

The Storytelling competition is open to Shoalhaven residents of all ages in the following categories:

  • Primary School - 300 words

  • Secondary School - 700 words

  • Adult - 1000 words

The theme for 2019 is ‘Footprints in the Sand’ - what wonderful story can you concoct around this theme?

The competition opens on 29 January 2019. Entries close 12 April 2019. We’ll provide all the details on how to enter prior to the competition opening.

Don’t forget to read the Terms & Conditions carefully as you will need to provide your entry in an approved format.
