Maureen Carter
Maureen was born in South Wales and migrated to Australia in 1964 with her father and nine siblings. Maureen records life for working class females, especially in Welsh villages. She has married twice, had three children, completed her education as a mature age student, worked in conflict resolution, bushwalks and cycles. She encourages resilience in people through becoming involved in the natural environment.
