The Bliss Burger is more than just a meal – it’s part of our history. Pilgrims wouldn’t be here today without the vision and years of hard work from Andy and Julie Leslie, the original creators of the Bliss Burger. Alongside them, Garth Dickenson, Martha Perry, Daniel Perry, and a cast of one-of-a-kind characters helped shape the heart and soul of the café. And of course, we’re here thanks to our loyal regulars, whose love for this iconic burger has kept it at the centre of our story for decades.

Layered with a house-made mixed grain patty, golden-fried onion, creamy avocado, melty cheese, zesty tabouli, fresh sprouts, and not one but two signature sauces – our special house blend and rich peanut sauce – all on a toasted wholemeal roll, the Bliss Burger is nourishment with a legacy.
