Markus Zusak
Markus Zusak is the international bestselling author of six novels, including The Book Thief, Bridge of Clay and The Messenger. His books have been translated into more than forty-five languages and The Book Thief remains on the New York Times bestseller list to this day. His work has been adapted throughout the world in both theatre and film, and in 2023, The Messenger television series is screening on the ABC, with international releases to follow. Markus has been a patron of StoryFest since 2018.
